Nomination Process and Selection Criteria

Nominations are now closed. They have been evaluated by a diverse panel of professionals and University Club members (who are not nominees) based on:

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in their field
Innovation: Creative thinking and impactful ideas
Community Impact: Measurable contributions to community or organization
Professional Accomplishments: Noteworthy recognition or success

Award Categories

Business & Finance Leadership
Recognizes women driving financial growth, strategic innovation, and leadership within the business and finance sectors.

STEM Innovators (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
Honors trailblazing women making groundbreaking contributions in STEM fields through research, innovation, and applied impact.

Creative Arts & Media
Celebrates women shaping culture and storytelling through visual arts, performance, design, writing, or media influence.

Education & Advocacy
Acknowledges women advancing education, championing equity, and advocating for meaningful social and policy change.

Health & Wellness
Highlights leaders improving physical, mental, and community health through innovation, care, and advocacy.

Community Impact & Social Change (Nonprofit)
Recognizes women transforming communities through service, nonprofit leadership, and grassroots initiatives.

Government & Military Leaders
Honors women demonstrating exceptional service, leadership, and dedication in government, military, and public service roles.
